It all began with a dirty warehouse and a friends dream. In the Fall of 2013, owner Sonny McClamrock was asked by a friend to be part of a newly opened Bootcamp gym in Stafford, TX. Meanwhile, Sonny was coaching a fitness program for his fellow police officers at the Missouri City Police Department. After coaching for his friend for about a year, Sonny purchased the gym, left the Missouri City Police Department, and relocated the gym to a larger facility in Stafford and changed the name to T3 Fitness Gym.
The gym grew to over 125 members and housed several different fitness programs. After a year in Stafford, Sonny moved from the gym to a nicer, climate controlled facility in Missouri City, where they still train to this day! Now called T3 Cross-Training, the gym has over 25 classes a week, 5 coaches, a homeschooling program, and has touched 100’s of people’s lives through fitness and health.

What is Cross-Training?
Cross-Training is Functional Fitness. You are competing against yourself (not others) and have the ability to enjoy your individual accomplishments without the need to compare.
So what is Functional Fitness?
Functional fitness exercises train your muscles in natural movements to work together and prepare them for daily tasks that you might do at home, work or in sports.
What exercises might I expect from a typical one hour class?
We offer one hour, coach led, small classes (no more than 12 people) in a safe, controlled, family friendly state of the art, climate controlled environment.
Exercises include a little bit of everything: sleds, tires, body weight movements, dumbbells, barbells, running, and so much more.
What if I'm easily intimidated?
The environment here at T3 Cross Training is one that is safe and non-judgmental. As a matter of fact, most of our clients were intimidated and scared in the beginning, but we met them where they were at, and now their confidence has exploded!
Do I need experience?
Not at all! As a matter of fact, many of our members at T3 Cross Training have never done this before…and we love that!
Why? Because most people don’t ever join a fitness program because they’re inexperienced and afraid they will be embarrassed, but they felt safe and right at home here.
What everyone loves about T3 is that we’re different and we meet you right where you’re at. All movements can be scaled to fit any fitness level.
What results should I expect?
We legitimately care about each individual and understand that there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to fitness and nutrition. This is why we offer customized nutrition coaching and personal coaching.
