Classes for all Fitness Levels

We all have different levels of experience, and so our classes are designed for all fitness levels. Whether you’re a beginner or an athlete, we have created a group fitness environment to help you reach your goals!

The fact is, small group fitness classes are a great way to stay motivated, obtain results, and build community.

Cross-Training

Our cross-training classes are the heart and soul of T3 Cross-Training. It is functional fitness designed to help you out in the real world.

Nutrition

Nutrition programming at T3 Cross-Training is designed to help you take the guesswork out of your diet. We believe this is 70% of your success.

Bootcamp

Utilizing high-intensity interval training, Bootcamp classes at T3 Cross-Training will allow you to burn more fat in less time.

Your first week is on us!

Personal Approach

At T3 Cross Training, we embrace all ages, fitness levels and have something for everyone. We provide personalized group fitness for children, seniors, beginners, athletes, and everywhere in between.

I will be the first one to admit that I absolutely hated going to the gym. It was intimidating and nerve-wracking for me to walk into a place completely out of my element and try to “workout”.

 

However, a few years ago I joined T3 and everything changed. Even after leaving for a year or so, I have been welcomed back with open arms.

 

Everyone is AMAZING here.

 

Sonny is the MOST helpful coach I have ever had. He is attentive and more than willing to answer any questions. He pushes you to try for more and be better.

 

It’s not just about the coaches either – the people that attend the classes are supportive and some of the nicest. I never feel like I am being judged on how much weight I can or cannot lift, and that is a great feeling to have people encouraging you to push through it for that last rep. It’s very much a team environment.

 

Needless to say, I am incredibly grateful to be back at T3, and would absolutely recommend it to anyone and everyone who is looking to live a more healthy and fulfilling life.

A flexible schedule for everyone

We understand that your schedule can be hectic, so we have tried to come up with a workout schedule that suits everyone’s needs. Are you an early bird? We have classes as early as 5:30 am! Prefer evenings? You’ll find classes as late as 7:15 pm.
