Troy started personal training with us recently and started taking our group fitness classes about 2 months in. Troy also takes advantage of our nutrition coaching.
When he first started he could barely jog or even touch his toes. Troy was very weak and had pain in his back and knees!
A month later, Troy has lost over 10 pounds and gained 5 pounds of muscle!
But the real change is how he feels and moves without much pain anymore. His speed strength and stamina has dramatically increased as well.
Troy says he hasn't felt this young in over 20 years!
